Jeremy Williams is the Founder of Omnia Elevate, an organization dedicated to helping real estate professionals rise higher, achieve more, and build meaningful businesses through collaboration, training, and leadership. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeremy brings a powerful combination of market expertise, business strategy, and a passion for personal growth to everything he does.

In addition to leading Omnia Elevate, Jeremy is the Owner and Head Coach of Red Hawk Coaching, where he has guided hundreds of real estate agents, team leaders, and brokers across the country to greater success through one-on-one coaching, systems development, and mindset mastery.

Jeremy also serves as the Team Leader for the Red Hawk Property Team, brokered by JLA Realty and powered by Omnia Elevate. Under his leadership, the team serves the communities of Kingwood, Texas and surrounding areas, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A proud resident of Kingwood, Texas, Jeremy shares life with his wife, Laurie, a CPA with Insperity, and together they have two children—Emma, a student at Mississippi State University, and Logan, who attends Kingwood High School. The Williams family also includes their beloved dogs, who are frequent companions on family walks and outdoor adventures.
